Coffee Guide

Edward has spent most of his adult life in North America, his parents are of Colombian descent and he lived his early childhood in Spain, thus seeding his thirst for travel and culture. Before jumping head first into the coffee industry over twenty years ago, he spent almost a decade living and working in his native Colombia, in collaboration with his recently retired sister Clara, they have taken this opportunity to showcase this amazing place for others to experience and learn. Edward has always loved the coffee industry, twenty years ago he began his journey by founding a roasting facility and cafe in Waterloo Region. His focus has always been on quality and he has developed deep roots in his country of origin which he now wants to share with a wide audience interested in learning what the other end of the coffee chain is all about.
